1. Who provides this service
Easier Validation is operated by Easier Agency Ltd. ("Easier Agency", "we"). By using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What the service does
Easier Validation analyses Meta ad funnels by crawling publicly accessible ad snapshots from the Meta Ad Library and following the advertised destination URL. It generates an automated report using AI to simulate buyer behaviour and identify conversion leaks.
The reports are analytical opinions, not guarantees. Buyer simulations are AI-generated models, not observations of real users. Confidence scores and recommendations are directional; they do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes if implemented.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Easier Validation to:
- Audit your own Meta ads and landing pages.
- Audit publicly visible competitor ads from the Meta Ad Library.
- Share reports with your team, clients, or stakeholders.
You may not use Easier Validation to:
- Attempt to access private data or systems that require authorisation.
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls through automated means.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce audit reports without written permission from Easier Agency.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
4. Accounts and credits
Free anonymous use is subject to daily rate limits (3 audits per IP address per day). Registered accounts receive credits on a plan-based or pay-per-use basis.
Credits are consumed when an audit run completes. Credits are non-refundable if an audit completes but you are dissatisfied with the results. If a technical error prevents an audit from completing, credits will be returned.
Plan subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual property
Reports generated by Easier Validation are provided for your use. You own the right to use and share your own reports. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated findings to improve the service.
The Easier Validation product, including its software, AI models, and user interface, is owned by Easier Agency Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the product.
6. Third-party content
Ads and landing pages analysed are the property of their respective advertisers. Easier Validation does not claim ownership of any third-party content. Analysis is performed on publicly accessible pages; no non-public data is accessed.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Easier Agency makes no warranty that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results of any particular accuracy or commercial value. Use the reports as one input among many in your marketing decision-making.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easier Agency's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to the service or terms
We may update these terms or the service at any time. Material changes to these terms will be notified by email to registered users. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
