Who we are

Easier Validation is a service operated by Easier Agency Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). We provide Meta ad funnel analysis via validate.easiermarketing.co. Our contact email is admin@stratton.digital.

What we collect and why

Information you provide

• Email address — when you sign up or unlock a report. Used to send your audit results, verify your account, and (with your consent) send product updates.
• Ad Library URLs — the Meta ad snapshot URLs you submit for auditing. Used to run the analysis and stored with your account for your run history.
• Payment information — if you purchase a paid plan. Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Information collected automatically

• IP address — hashed (one-way, non-reversible) and used only for anonymous rate limiting to prevent abuse. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Run metadata — timestamps, run status, and quality flags for each audit. Used to operate the service and for internal quality monitoring.
• Session data — a 30-day browser cookie (easier_validation_unlocked) that remembers whether you have unlocked a report. No personal information is stored in this cookie.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not track you across other websites.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not sell your data to any third party.
• We do not use AI to make automated decisions about you as an individual.

How we use your data

• To run ad audits on your behalf.
• To manage your account and credits.
• To send transactional emails (audit complete, credit updates, email verification).
• To prevent abuse via anonymous IP rate limiting.
• To improve the service through anonymised usage patterns.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting (EU region). Their privacy policy applies to data processed on their infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing. We pass your email to Stripe for billing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
• Google Gemini API — used to generate buyer simulation and analysis content. We send only anonymised audit content (ad screenshots, landing page content). We do not send personal information to the AI.

Data retention

• Audit reports — retained for 90 days, then deleted. You can delete your account and all associated reports at any time from your account settings.
• Account data — retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Anonymous IP hashes — retained for 24 hours (rate limiting window), then deleted.

Your rights (UK/EU)

If you are located in the UK or EU, under UK GDPR and GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, email admin@stratton.digital.

Our lawful basis for processing is: contract performance (running your audits), legitimate interests (preventing abuse), and consent (marketing communications).

Cookies

We use one first-party functional cookie: easier_validation_unlocked. This cookie stores whether you have unlocked a report in the current session. It contains no personal information and expires after 30 days. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect service changes. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
